Mr. Weitz is the founder of Canopy Development LLC, and former Test Lab Manager at Cascade Designs, Inc.  Mr. Weitz has over 10 years of experience working on POU water filtration technologies and has served as Principal Investigator on multiple defense and NGO funded contracts.  He has extensive experience working on U.S. military funded water treatment development efforts, bringing expertise in water treatment technology, water quality testing standards, physical testing standards and project management.  Mr. Weitz also worked as a Research Scientist/Engineer at the University of Washington after receiving a B.S. in Microbiology from Washington State University
